Wait, I am confused. Are you looking to just remove primers? Or are you looking to remove the crimp after the primer is removed? Or both?

Each task requires a different tool. If you are looking to remove primers from crimped brass then I recommend the Lee Universal Decapping Die. It is $12.59 from Amazon Prime. If you are looking to remove the crimp after removing the primers then I would recommend a cutting tool versus a swaging tool. I have had better luck with a cutting tool.

Most all my stuff is Berdan so I don't reload.
400 rounds?  You are pretty light.
If you know how much ammo you have, you
don't have enough.
