this case and kavanaugh sounds like setups.  I mean wtf was he supposed to do, ID check the ho?  You hook up with someone on match.com, supposed to be 18+.  If someone lies on their age, and you dont find out before the date, that's on them.

Cody is 30, so I think the 3 year "spread" is a problem for him. 

If she can't provide a driver's license as proof of age, she's probably too young to drive -- and consent to having sex.

Yeah, I didn't know there were websites where underage people advertise as underage people seeking adult pedophiles to molest them. Kind of surprising the government doesn't investigate those and shut them down.
