Scanned HRS 134
« on: May 10, 2019, 10:01:03 AM »
Just scanned HRS 134 and didn't see any gut and replace.  But I did see the new addition of the bump stock which passed some time ago.

Four (4). I did UIPA requests to each county PD at the six month point (January 9, 2019) of the law being in effect. I've just been working on other stuff or too lazy to put the material together into a post...

Only four were turned in, two from one person... none/zero have been confiscated after the 30 day grace period to turn them in without penalty, so that means any others that may have existed in the state were destroyed or shipped out of state... good to know we're all that much safer!

By the way, I also inquired about the other "devices" ("tirgger cranks", etc.) that could accelerate the rate of fire... you'll never guess, but none/zero of those were turned in... nor confiscated at that point in time.
