Case dismissed for killing some guy at the YMCA.

Something about speedy trial? Idk.

Lets not forget. B4 he killed a guy, a mental health specialist deemed him sane.

I guess gotta red flag what ever he used to kill the guy.

They are going to refile but hopefully he isn't released before they can refile.

The right to a speedy trial is a constitutional issue so the rule they are using is there for a reason. I don't know if the judge is being unreasonable about how long it should take to prepare the prosecution or if the prosecutor dropped the ball.
