There’s also a lot of folks who are “informed” about guns by TV. What they see in Hawaii 5-0 where one shot neutralize. Or Commando where a shotgun blows a full grown man like 5 feet back. 

Then there are those who always say “why didn’t you shoot them in the leg to stop them”.

Those types aren’t usually swayed by facts. They know what they know.

A different angle is that there are lots who feel that “it won’t happen to them”. That Hawai’i is such Sa safe place to live that why does one “need a gun”. Well, with recent events I think this has been changing.

And no such thing as a fair fight in self defense. I’ll bit ya if needed. 

A fair fight is if I have my AR15 and the other guy is naked and unarmed 50 or more feet away.
