Canada Banning "Assault Weapons"

Are we any different with the AWB 2017, 2018, and 2019 bills that all of Hawaii reps in DC signed on to support?  Sounds like it has a grandfather clause by what Treudeu is saying. "buy, sell, transfer".

Every time I listen to CBC radio, I thank God I'm a US citizen because they crap on citizen rights there daily. I know they don't have a 2A but I'm talking about the rest of the freedoms given to us in the Constitution. I have a cousin in Canada who is a German citizen and refuses to become a Canadian citizen because it would require him to swear allegiance to the Queen of England. So 19th century...  :P
