The link is the actual congressional report.

There is no nail in the coffin so to speak, nothing conclusively showing Trump committed any criminal acts.  However there were numerous contacts between people on Trump's team and individuals in Russian intelligence.  Also they concluded that Russia influenced the election in ways aimed at supporting Trump and harming Clinton.

The report does not appear to make criminal allegations against Trump and it does seem to recognize that though there was a lot of contact, it is difficult to say whether people in Trump's team intentionally took park in the election meddling or whether Russian intelligence just managed to manipulate them. Either way the number of contacts between Russian intelligence and Trump's team along with the conviction of 6 of Trump's guys raises red flags.

Did Trump actively direct or condone the actions his team members? I don't know but if I had to place a bet I wouldn't put it on the side of him being ignorant to it all.

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
