They always get their technology from other countries like us.  Chances are, we had it first.

As long as we maintain our development of these technologies we will always remain ahead. My fear is with technology like the hypersonic missile that we may have underfunded our military during the Obama Administration to the point where we  stopped development of this technology and now our two largest enemies may have leapfrogged over us in this area. It is easier to stay ahead then it is to play catch up.

Looks like we seeing some glimpses on his policy.  Adding to the list of decent stuff biden did.  He was on a streak of bad ideas.  Good to see a good one come out.
