Good question, got to wonder at those prices, particularly the safes.

I have not used them, but here's what I see off the top of my head:

1.  They are a foreign company with no mention on their website of any US locations.

2.  They have no phone numbers to call if you need help or have questions (like, "Where the hell is my order from 2 months ago?!")

3.  The Shopify service they are using signifies that they do not have their own website.  This could be problematic for customers if the Shopify account is suddenly canceled.

4.  The prices are all "too good to be true."

5.  There is no information on the site about the company at all, nor any indication what CSLZEDU means.

We are a small foreign trade operator who still wants to provide good products to the people of all countries despite the tough environment

No name, locations, phone numbers, email addresses, or other details.  All they offer is a contact form to message them.

I got cold feet after reading about multiple electronic lock failured, shipping damage, etc.

I am buying a Liberty safe with mech. dial combo lock from a lock and safe dealer (AZ, not Hawaii).   Will cost a few hundred more delivered. but I know the safe has a lifetime warranty.  Costco safes and other big box sources all sell the same generic Chines safes, and have horrible customer support.

Last thing I need it waiting for some shipper to pick up a defective safe and deliver another.

I haven't had to use the Rhino safe customer support, but the reviews are good.  One person said they couldn't open using the electronic keypad, and support walked them through trouble-shooting.  When it was determined the keypad was malfunctioning, they shipped a new one and walked them through replacement.  End of dilemma.

For less than $80, you can swap out most keypad locks with a good quality mechanical one, if that's a major factor for not considering a brand/model.  Some sellers will even offer to swap them out before delivery -- sometimes for less than the retail cost of the new dial lock.

In the realm of gun safes, you absolutely get more if you are able to pay more.  I wish there were a Liberty Safe dealer on Oahu that could save buyers big money on the shipping costs.  For now, my Rhino will suffice.

I have had my safe for 7-8 years now. Electronic keypad. The safe has a key backup in case the keypad fails.

One year I bought a package of Duracell batteries from Costco and in less than a year they started to leak. Including the ones in my safe. Fortunately, the batteries are located in a separate battery box no where near the keypad so the acid did not effect the keypad. I cleaned out the battery box and I was good to go. I had to use the backup key to open the safe. I bought new batteries and have not had a problem since.
