People in charge of the airlines are so stupid.

Do they know how many airports are within a few hours drive from D.C.?  How about getting on a bus where they don't check your luggage?

Fly round trip to Norfolk or Newport News, VA, rent a car, and drive the 3 hours to D.C.  Maybe stop at a range for a little post-flight relaxation.   :thumbsup: :geekdanc:

The article said, "The D.C. area", but didn't specify how wide that area is. 

I hope the airlines are forced to give refunds to anyone who claims they are changing carriers because of the policy change.
