Assuming same guy, I've had some interesting convos with him while on his "perch" outside the restroom as well as on the rifle range.  Cool guy and fun to talk with.  I was gonna buy him some new t-shirts, but I bet he'd wear his broken in ones.   

Who is this guy?  I'm just curious.  The last time I had a conversation with him he was telling me about all the wild birds in the area and their interaction with him when he arrives, hangs out, then leaves.

Uncle Paul was one of the first people I met when I started going to the rifle side semi-regularly.  Super nice guy.

I always bring an extra cigar with me just in case I run into someone that wants one
Often times I give that cigar to Uncle at his perch. He always has a story to tell, or 2, or 3.....
