08/25/2020 -- Kyle Rittenhouse defends himself against Gaige Grosskreutz and shoots him in the bicep ("vaporized!")

10/06/2020 -- Gaige Grosskreutz arrested for DWI (bodycam footage)

Gaige Grosskreutz getting arrested for DWI last year. He was arrested for DUI on 10-6-2020. His BAC was .212 which is almost three times the legal limit.  The charges were eventually dropped. He has one prior DUI conviction.

Does anyone else believe the Prosecutor's office dropped the DWI charges for their "star witness" in an attempt to keep his record clean before he testified?

BAC of .212 is not a case of "I only had 2 beers."  .08 is the legal limit in most states.  His was almost THREE TIMES that.

Still waiting for charges of carrying an illegally concealed pistol, brandishing, assault, aggravated assault, attempted manslaughter and perjury.

Nothing to see here.   :wtf:

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.

oldfart

that's awesome

the legal maneuvering is so obvious now

there should be an investigation on the dropped charges

His arm seems surprisingly unaffected after only 5 weeks of  recovery.
I guess alcohol really does alleviate pain.

He kept refusing to reach in the back seat to get his ID.  I wonder if his right arm was bothering him just a tad.   :geekdanc:

Then again, maybe his ID and Glock were together, and he didn't want to get caught illegally concealing it again?
