It's hard to claim victim if you choose to stay on the plantation.

There are many other sites that conform to his way of thinking, and he sure as hell isn't winning over the hearts and minds of anybody here.

If he refuses to play nicer and won't leave, the only thing I can speculate is he's intentionally disrupting the forum for reasons we can only assume.
