I don't think any other dominos will fall. Usually if she was going to get some sort of plea deal to help convict someone else they will take the other person to court first. Once she is already convicted they don't really have the leverage to get her to cooperate.

If anyone else falls I think it will just be out of her being tired of prison and wanting to take others with her. Still she gets no benefit unless maybe she is up for parole?

Not plea deals, or at least not what I was thinking. More along the lines of investigations opened doors or eyes to what was happening. More folks would (maybe) come forward, for any number of reasons.

From the sound of it there are many more, hopefully more will be brought to justice.
