I don't know if it's just me, but I've noticed an increasing trend on my FireTV stick.  I get recommendations from Prime Video for movies and shows on other services such as HBO Max, AMC+, Hulu and other "free with ads" services.  If I like what's being recommended, I'll add it to my watchlist for later.

When later rolls around, I go to my Prime Video app and choose one of my saved video from "My Stuff".

That's when Prime tells me it's "only" available on Prime to RENT.  The original services that Prime promoted aren't even listed.

*IF* I remember which non-Amazon service that video was on, I can go there directly.  After a quick search, I watch for free (or with ads, depending).

I seem to remember in the past, if Prime recommended something on another streaming service, and you saved it for later, clicking it later in the Prime list went to the other service -- or at least offered it under "Other Options for Watching".

Seems like a bait-and-switch, or at least a "let's see how many people are stupid enough to pay because they're too lazy to search for the free version", scam.

Anybody else notice similar behavior on Prime or any other the video streaming sites you frequently use?
