So the new law still isn't available online.  It's like they don't want people to comply with it.  1 would have to contact direct which ever department houses the laws and get a copy that way.

So, this section mentions that 1 cannot carry a gun unless you have a CCW permit because you also have to inform HPD as well.  This section doesn't say when conceal or open carrying. Just "carrying".  THere is also no exclusion for any of the places to keep.

This means, at the range, you must have a CCW to carry you gun, even in a case.  While walking from your car to anywhere with the gun in a case.  At the gun store for a newly purchased gun, even inside your home, etc...

 This also applies to rifles as the section says firearm and not handgun.

Too bad 99% of the people there never bothered to submit testimonies.
