National Insider Threat Policy

Have you guys read this?  I wonder what Barack Obama is worried of?  An attack from the "inside?"

Could be the threat of "whistle blowers". People wanting to expose classified information by way of electronic files, Spies, etc.

It's not out of worry/fear...it's a response to things like Wikileaks. Our Departments and Agencies just need to get their act together and stop letting idiots, looking to make a quick buck, walk out the door with sensitive information. 

No tin foil hats necessary, the memo really is about a National Security matter.
