I get tired of the "affordable" BS.
You fools don't allow reasonable land usage.
You don't allow non-contractors to build their own homes.
You  won't allow pre-fabricated homes.
You put into place outrageously expensive energy policies.
Hawaii's housing problem is due to Democrat policy and
you fools keep electing them.

I built my daughters house for $80 per square foot, I could have
done it for $40 per SF were it not for the bullshit
regulations I had to deal with.

Kids are leaving because you don't want them here.
