CA Proposes Mandatory Speed Governors on All Cars made after 2027 (Read 951 times)

Flapp_Jackson

The proposal intends to physically restrict all cars from driving more than 10MPH over the posted speed limit.

But wait!  There's more!

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Apparently my joke about Karl Rhoads and 60mph cars wasn't much of a joke.

When I talk to my anti 2a friends about their belief in mag limits, I bring this up. No where in HI can you go past 65mph legally. So why not put a chip in every car that limits this.  They all think it's stupid to limit speed like this, especially the ones with a Porsche.
