I know.  Isn't it great that, although this country is going to hell due to the tards in charge, that its citizens are still afforded the freedom to think, believe, and draw their own conclusions.  Heaven knows how much longer we will be able to do so.

That ship was so far out of channel it should have been aground.
That is a shallow bay.  I'm convinced now it was a lack of good
maintenance and it was not intentional.
Baltimore is in a blue state so fuck them.
build your own new bridge, USA taxpayers just clears the waterway to the port.

The route not hitting the bridge didnt need high tide. Only the specific route hitting the bridge did.

What was the weight of the ship and cargo? 

What's the average depth of the river at low tide? 

What's the minimum safe depth for that ship? At night?

You know moving a vessel that size at night is a lot different than daytime.
