12.5 M settlement.  Taxpayers will foot the bill.  Some of my money is in those taxes.  Some of my money even paid for those 2 young recruits guarding the door to the mayor's office.  Some of my money is paying the City Council members to approve the monies for this fine upstanding young man with tattoos on his neck.

I wish I could get my money back.

Well looks like he got arrested again and charged Federally this time for drugs and firearms.  His prior incident he was charged by the State with a $1 million bail he skipped out on.

After getting $12.5M, you'd think a person would stay clean and enjoy the rest of their lives.  Maybe move somewhere else.  Guess its hard to kick bad habits.
