For those who cannot watch 16 mins:

1) His gf called to change her story to basically what Mike said.
2) The door that she said was broken down, wasn't broken, there were cracks in it though.
3) The gf was asked about if Mike said he will break her F-in wrist and she doesn't' remember as she was having a mental health issue at the time.
4) Their child was removed from his GF via CPS. Child put in foster care for 1 week because CPS didn't see a court plan to take care of the child, CPS claims that they never filed it.  But they did, and the clerk never took that care order to the judge.  If, the GF is the victim of domestic violence, why would their child be taken away? Remember, Mike is still in jail.  Or, is she so crazy that they have to take the child away, which  means Mike is right and not the bad guy. So why is Mike being charged?
5) Prosecutor looking at the case, decides there's no felony charges, but misdemeanors instead. Felonies would strip Mike of his 2A right forever. Looks like it was a verbal altercation and no domestic violence (physical abuse).  The chargers were never plead down, the prosecutor took it upon himself to reduce the charges.
6) The fracture on the wrist is an impact hairline fracture and not someone breaking it. So could be her falling, her hitting something, basically, not Mike twisting her wrist. She did claim that she had a dirt bike accident 2 weeks prior that she injured that same wrist, but never went to the hospital.
7) It seems like the cop who wrote the report "padded" the report to make Mike look bad.
He still messed up by talking to the cops without a lawyer and for telling his friend to contact his gf when there was a no contact order.
