Governor hasn't signed the ammo bill yet.  Goes into effect July 11th if he doesn't sign it.

So under 21 who own ammo aren't criminals...yet.

I did not read anything about current owners being grandfathered.

Basically,  this piece of legislation is just very poorly written and should never have gotten this far.
Common sense is gone.
