Makes for a good brass deflector.  Odd that gun throws cases right into glass and do most guns do that?  Wonder if other optics will shatter if cases are constantly smashing into the face of the optic.

i searched through the transcript and also tried to listen to his long-winded story, yet I can't really tell if he ever said what configuration handgun he was using.  It looked to me like a Glock, but who knows what he's modified or changed out besides the slide.

When the Glock Gen 4 9mm's were rolled out, there was a problem with the brass ejecting into the face of the user.  They never issued a recall, but my G26 Gen 4 had the problem -- very annoying.  Research indicated the ejector used with the trigger was the culprit.  I bought an upgraded trigger which came with a newer part # on the ejector, and that fixed it.  I also noticed when I later bought my G17 Gen 4, it came with the same ejector part # as the upgrade trigger --  never had the brass-in-the-face problem with that one.

I have no idea if any other handguns have that same problem, but since Glock did, it's reasonable to assume others may have, too.

Just my 2 cents.   :shaka:

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
