First of all, House Speaker Mike Johnson will suspend stupid joe's WH order and will raise the US flag to full height for one day during President Trumps Inauguration Ceremony.

Thank Goodness common sense prevails in some leaders at the US Capitol.

Second of all, WHO THE F*CK CARES if Michelle BIG MIKE won't be at the ceremony.

Stay home, girl (or man, or whatever you are) nobody CARES. :thumbsup:

The flags should remain at half staff for the full 30 days in honor of Carter, as is the custom. 

i did a quick read, and the last presidential death that occurred close to an inauguration was Harry S. Truman.  President Nixon ordered flags on buildings to be at half staff and on ships to be half mast for 30 days.

The only reason this is a "thing" now is to make it look like a big deal for Trump.

The Speaker should honor the executive order by observing the 30 day period of national mourning.  That takes precedence over any optics on an inauguration day.

When did we become so petty that even the death of a president becomes a political football?

The people who need to be at the swearing-in will be there.  Spectators are optional.

The Inauguration is a 4 day calendar of events.  That offers many chances to appear/not appear, so it's not really a problem if any one person attends or ditches any or all events.
