CAN OBAMA BE PRESIDENT?

It seems that Barack Obama is not qualified to be president after all for the following reason:

Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. natural-born citizen according to the law on the books at the time of his birth, which falls between "December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986." Presidential office requires a natural-born citizen if the child was not born to two U.S. citizen parents, which of course is what exempts John McCain though he was born in the Panama Canal. US Law very clearly stipulates: "If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16." Barack Obama's father was not a U.S. citizen and Obama's mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which means though she had been a U.S. citizen for 10 years, (or citizen perhaps because of Hawaii being a territory) the mother fails the test for being so for at least 5 years **prior to** Barack Obama's birth, but *after* age 16. It doesn't matter *after* . In essence, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsed since his mother turned 16 at the time of Barack Obama's birth when she was 18 in Hawaii. His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21 years old, at the time of Barack Obama's birth for him to have been a natural-born citizen. As aforementioned, she was a young college student at the time and was not. Barack Obama was already 3 years old at that time his mother would have needed to have waited to have him as the only U.S. Citizen parent. Obama instead should have been naturalized, but even then, that would still disqualify him from holding the office.

*** Naturalized citizens are ineligible to hold the office of President.

*** Though Barack Obama was sent back to Hawaii at age 10, all the other info does not matter because his mother is the one who needed to have been a U.S. citizen for 10 years prior to his birth on August 4, 1961, with 5 of those years being after age 16. Further, Obama may have had to have remained in the country for some time to protect any citizenship he would have had, rather than living in Indonesia. Now you can see why Obama's aides stopped his speech about how we technically have more than 50 states, because it would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S. election law. I think the Gov. of California would be very interested in knowing this if Obama were elected President without being a natural-born U.S. citizen, and it would set precedence. Stay tuned to your TV sets because I suspect some of this information will be leaking through over the next several days.

The law you have quoted applies only to people who have been naturalized.  Obama's mother was born in the USA.  Or do you really think no one whose mother is under 21 can be a citizen?  My family goes back to the Mayflower, but my mother was 19 when I was born.  Does that mean I'm not a citizen?

First off I believe Obama's birth certificate is legitimate...  however McCain was born in Panama Canal which at the time was a US military zone it counts as part of the US so he was eligible as well... I don't understand why we just don't politically attack him on his real issues there are so many why do we have to bring up this tinfoil hat conspiracy crap... It's a waste of time and it makes us look nuts when we're trying to argue legitimate points....

So now for sure have an illegal president running the show. Soon to take away all of our rights.

He also confirmed to KS SOS Kris Kobach that the information contained in the White House image isNOT “identical to” that in the official record.

Many of you have replied to concerned constituents that the matter is settled by the public statements of Hawaii officials, the HDOH birth index list, the newspaper birth announcements, and Obama’s posted short-form and long-form birth certificates. Onaka’s disclosure – the only one made by a HI official under oath –negates all that and fits the vast legal and forensic evidence collected so far, some of which is in my affidavit (privately posted at for NE criminal case #B2-119.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Commander, Mike Zullo (both of whom initially disbelieved the skeptics) have both signed affidavits saying there is legal-quality FORENSIC evidence that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and draft registration are forged.
Onaka has now revealed the REASON for the forgery: to hide the non-validity of the birth record. Evidence in my affidavit proves (among other things) that the 1960-64 birth index includes non-valid records.

Onaka’s disclosure is proof of results-altering election fraud in every state in this country, since fraudulent filing documents were used to place Obama on every state’s ballot. Absent a non-Hawaii birth record, Obama doesn’t even have a legally-determined birth date, place, or parents so nobody can lawfully say he meets the age or citizenship requirements to be President – and yet every Certification of Nomination falsely swears that he is eligible.
EVERY electoral vote for Obama is thus now LEGALLY KNOWN to be fraudulently-obtained and must not be certified as lawful on Jan 8th. As with the Sandusky case, those with knowledge have legal responsibility to act, and that is now you.
Our President has committed perjury 6 times by swearing (in AZ, NC, and WV) that he is eligible, knowing that he has no valid HI birth certificate (and claiming a Kenyan birth in his bio until 2007), and let his spokesmen pass off two forgeries as genuine on his behalf. He knowingly allowed a decorated military surgeon to lose his life’s savings and retirement and spend 6 months in prison for simply wanting to know if his combat orders were lawful, or whether they Constitutionally had to come from Joe Biden instead – who OPPOSED the “surge”.
It appears that many felonies have been committed. An impeachment must precede a criminal investigation and trial, so failure to impeach is obstruction of equal protection & the rule of law – without which, none of your life’s work even matters because the laws you make will only be enforced when politically expedient to the powerful. Before we go any farther with this, let's get a few things straight. There is no official statement by Alvin Onaka anywhere on the Official Hawaii Government website. Any statement that Alvin Onaka makes as "Official" must be backed up by the official Hawaii government. And it is not as of this day and time. If his statement was made to someone else then to verify it Alvin Onaka must make an official notice backed up by the state of Hawaii government. Until that happens this is just another Internet rumor. I suspect we will see an official statement our tomorrow denying this rumor. Every single source for this rumor that I found was not legitimate as being an official announcement from an official source. So don't get your hopes up.

While I have my doubts about the birth certificate there is no infallible proof that the one provided is false. As much as the the so called experts debunked the birth certificate other so called experts came along and debunked all of the other so called experts findings. So IMHO we do not have enough proof to say with out any doubt Obama is or is not a legal citizen. As always, we can believe what we want and thats okay but if you want to believe Obama is not a citizen then I want to see an official statement directly from Alvin Onaka or the AZ Sheriff from December 30, 2012 or January 1, 2013 and not some old re-hash of the same old arguments.

The statements made before and after this statement are my opinions only. While I stated above that I have my doubts about Obama's citizenship, since I have not seen any irrefutable evidence I feel we don't have a choice except to let this guy continue to be our president. I feel continued division about this subject is bad for us and bad for our country. The kind of stuff that could divide our country and cause problems that unstable countries only see. Let's face it, there is a reason why this issue has not brought forth to our supreme court. I hate to say this but I think we just need to bide our time for the next four years and hope the Republicans can maintain their majority in the House and prevent Obama from doing more damage than he already has.

Just the very fact that Obama needed to forge not just his Birth Certificate but his Selective Service registration card should be enough (even if he was born in Hawaii)  to Impeach for Felony Forgery.  His SSN fails E verify, he has several names yet nobody knows when or how he changed them legally.  I am offering $1000 to anyone who can produce an official copy of anyones cancelled mail or US Post Office document from anywhere in the 50 states that uses a two digit cancellation Pica stamp.  I have a close friend in the Maricopa County AZ Sheriff Dept and he says to expect an indictment for forgery and conspiracy to be served some time this year on an un-named subject in the Hawaii Health Dept.  This is not over yet.

The media failed to investigate what the activists at SAM were actually doing: encouraging students to break the law by not registering for the Selective Service and harassing military recruiters.  So Obama was involved with the SAM group and it would then make sense that he advocated the crime of NON draft Registration so it would make sense he didnt register either.  Now we know why he had to forge this document.

The petition was submitted to Chief Justice John Roberts on December 26th, 2012. Today the petition was referred to the court and distributed for conference scheduled on February 15, 2013.
