I sent out a bunch of emails and I had them resubmit my testimony.  A little late though...  I emailed them back asking for an explanation, what will be done, and how they will prevent this in the future..  Still waiting on the answers... not holding my breath.

I think next time I will do the online submit and email every one of the committee members to be sure it get in.  Which is effed up.

Sorry to hear about your testimony.  There was a fat stack at the hearing.

Maybe you could try call their offices.

Yes.  I submitted early, followed the same format as previous, It just somehow did not get in.  I wondered if the others that said theirs did not go in, got any response or results?  My crazy work hours will prevent me from going to most of these hearings, so I want to be 100% positive that my testimony is counted.  I am sure that all those here want to be 100% sure too.

I'm thinking the emails don't count for shit so submitted testimony is the only way to be counted - if they actually do make it in that count at all.  Even if we mail them in there's no accounting unless sent certified mail with return receipt.  And even then nothing to prevent them from saying they only got a blank paper so threw it away.  This stinks.
