Didn't work out to well for the robber....Texas law. So if Texas didn't have ccw, who knows how this could have ended, surely not good for the victim....robbed at the very minimum. Confucius say don't attempt to rob a ccw holder in Texas.

That's what pisses me off to no end. There are stories happening all the time across the mainland demonstrating that guns in the hands of properly trained citizens deter, prevent or have stopped criminal attacks but the msm never airs those stories. But they will air some half-baked bs story that gets played across the US for days on end to make gun owners look bad, when it's a bs story to begin with.

Another one, same state:  Didn't turn out well for the buyer this time.

I guess the thing to do is tell them you want to meet them in the parking lot of a certain address.

That address being the police station.  That ought to be an excellent  good-guy/bad-guy filter, no?

I do believe that the radical and crazy notion that the Founders meant what they said, is gradually soaking through the judicial system.

I guess never do a craigslist meet to buy or sell anything without bringing a buddy or two along with you...

 Craigslist doesn't appear to be such a good method to sell stuff in Texas these days.

My point was really just that the gun stories that prevent or save lives rarely get aired by the MSM but happen frequently. For example, here are a couple more that occurred in the last few days in PA, TX and IN.
