Ah yeah.  You didn't know about Oleg Volk?  He was one of those who started the firearms forum TheHighRoad.com before they had a falling out (then there was a THR.com and THR.org).  They eventually came to an agreement and Mr. Volk started GunRightsMedia.com.  Mr. Volk takes lots of pictures and makes a lot of these "memes" before the word "meme" became popular.
