would there be a way to find out if the club is accepting civilian applications before attending a meeting?

I would hate to drive out there from the east side to find out the club is not accepting applications.

Do the bays or ranges have a covered area or benches to shoot from or
is it all in the open no shade no benches?

I belive that @ kr3 you can set up an easy up behind away from the fire line . Other than that its just the gods above you .
Fast is fine , accuracy is final

just curious as to why the application needs to be brought in during the meeting? is it approved or denied at that meeting?

I've seen some get approved at meetings and others not.  Timing is really important as are your qualifications submitted with the application.
