2a admin asking to buy guns not to be registered?
« on: June 20, 2013, 07:08:35 PM »
Got an interesting email. Is this supposed to be some kind of trap or something to see who would illegally sell a handgun?

If you have an iPhone and you click on the name of the person who sent it, it will show you the senders actual email address, not the name. Seems as tho admin is checking up on their members to make sure new members wouldn't sell unregistered guns.

We don't bait people; but e-mails through the website could very well get tagged with the 2A stuff since it comes through it.

I didn't actually think you were baiting people Chris, possibly testing new members to see if they are looking for illegal deals. Thanks for the non douchey response.

Just to be clear, I didn't send that email and rarely send emails directly to users. The majority go through the PM system. Either the email was a spoof or your phone was doing something funky.
