30 minutes with hand tool is the standard for that. No magazine - period - is not 'readily restorable" under 9th circuit doctrine.   Thank the guys trying to skirt the fully automatic firearm laws for this, stupid, standard.

JP blocked mags - I had trouble stuffing even 9 or 10 rounds in depending on how they stacked in there.  It was pissing me off in class: loading 1-6, 7, 8... 8... 8  WTF  8... grumble swear unload start over 1-6, 7, 8...8... 9!  9... 9... @!#$$#^Y# ding low chang yow uppa kwaidai ah Q#Q^%&# 

So I want to trim the block down a skoosh see if that helps.  Damn dumass "law" to begin with.  If I expire in a gun battle because the mag malf'd somebody sue the state for me.

Just to be clear.  I'd like to have problems shoving the 33rd round into the magazine to use in a 16" totally Hawaii legal KRISS Vector.  I wouldn't be looking to block a magazine per se as I don't even have a Glock nor do I want one.  I'd need to have the magazine capable of use only in the KRISS.
