Hawaii made the list of top 10 states with the worst drivers...  ranked #1 for speeders!!

    Fatalities Rate per 100 Million Vehicle Miles Traveled
    Failure to Obey (Percentage of Fatal Crashes that involved Traffic Signals, Not Wearing Seat Belts, and Driving with an Invalid Driver License)
    Drunk Driving (Percentage of Fatal Crashes that Involved Alcohol)
    Speeding (Percentage of Driving Fatalities that were Speed-Related)
    Careless Driving (Pedestrian & Bicyclist Fatalities per 100,000 Population)

We translated all of this information into one Total Score, and the worst states received the lowest scores.

Ask drivers if they know what a diamond on the lane means? I'd bet few would know what that means..
To a tour bus driver: so I can drive in it
To a heavy truck: so heavy trucks can use it
To a motorcycle: reserved for me
To a senior citizen: AARP created it for us (seniors)
To a new teenage driver: they told me that it is a "fast lane" so like if I wanted fo go from Hawaii Kai to Waianae I should stay in this lane foevah.
To a BMW driver: part of my diamond club benefits is having a lane dedicated to BMWs
To a Lexus driver: ditto

When you have speed limits so insanely low that even Priaps and Volts can easily exceed them, speeding tickets are flowing freely.

To the control freaks, this means you have a speeding problem, rather than mpe correctly a realistic speed limit problem.

Pretty sure that if we go any slower we might as well stay home.
Yet some of these idiots will STILL manage to get into an accident or flip their car, in a cul-de-sac no less.
No shit, I saw this, cop banging on my door at 2 am because some idiot had flipped their car, going straight, on a cul-de-sac 100 feet long.
I agree with the conclusions if not the reasoning.
