brought my lower in with a brown paper bag.

Lucky thing you had that bag.  Displaying that stripped lower on the street might have caused some panic.

I've seen, no joke, someone bring their entire stack-on safe - bungee cords and everything (I guess to keep it secured on his truck?). Well, I guess it's a commercial container. lol.

I just wish the Magpul STR was in stock somewhere, i hate waiting for backorders.
I read somewhere that Magpul didn't even show it at the SHOT show. Maybe not in production yet.

There are several dealers that have the black models shipping already, I'm just waiting for the Foliage Green.

I've shot the X-five (top of the line) 9mm.
It shot perfectly. Super accurate and incredibly low recoil.

I would like to try the tactical one because it's a classic DA/SA as opposed to the SAO one I shot.

Ok just bought a S&W M&P chambered in 9mm and should take possesion of it first week in February, but while the wifey and I were shopping the Sig 1911-22 caught our eye.  Its made by GSG and according to them 80% of parts from a true 1911 are able to be used on it.  Next side job I bang out the money will more than likely go to purchasing one of these.  My 6.5 Grendel AR project is being derailed by other purchases, I need to get another job.

I don't know if it'll be my next purchase or not, but I got myself all hot and bothered last night about Beretta's Px4 Storm.  I'd like either the Compact in .45 acp, or the Subcompact in .40 S&W.  Kala's right; I need a second or third job to support buying all the guns I want!

PWS MK116....cuz Tony at Gun Source sparked my interest and further research sold me on the advantages of a long stroke piston over a short stroke piston and direct impingement.

Did you down some money to reserve one yet?  I got one and my SO and I love it.  If I have some time maybe we can hook up and you can try it before you buy one.

I have the SIG 1911 22. Fun little gun. I had a problem with the guide rod, but SIG replaced it very quickly and it's been running good since. I think the guide rod spring that comes with it has a narrower front/back end than back/front end, and I'd put it in backwards, causing wear on the rod, which eventually snapped off and shot out. (It was rather comical, as was the expression on my face.) The new guide rod springs are equal on both sides.
