From what Joe told me, it's all 'perceptual' BS that is holding these leasers back.

They think that a gun shop in their area will make the area look bad, so they would rather not lease it out at all.

Personally, I think it's politically motivated.

KSBE is known for its liberal tendencies, so it's no surprise that they would put Joe out of business.


PS: Both Kalama and Waimanalo shopping centers don't have any potential renters for the foreseeable future.

For me, the draw was location. Can't tell you how many times I stopped by that place because it was down the street from the Range. They were open on Sundays to boot. Prices were a little high but the convenience made up for it for low ticket items. I didn't mind the disorganization.  It was like looking for a specific toy in a chest fool of favorite toys.
