Handgun magazine capacity limitation?

Ban on BATFE legal "firearms" (e.g. Mossberg 590 Raptor, etc.)

I suspect there are legal precedents that might make such litigation nearly impossible to succeed in the progressive paradise of Hawaii and the Ninth Circuit, but those are at the top of my list of obviously unconstitutional infringements of this bullshit statist tyrannical hellhole.

"well, in Hawaii they charged an extra fee to register all gun owners with the FBI since the federal government is barred from registering gun owners and instead of doing that, they just pocketed the fee instead.  It didnt improve safety and just demonstrated the corruption or incompetence that goes along with more gun laws.  Now they wont give the money back.   I oppose stupid and corrupt politicians."
