I offered to sell my friend ammo not at the price I got it for, which was on sale during the non panic period, but at "replacement" cost.  That is, he could go look online at what a reputable place was selling ammo for, even if it said out of stock, which is most listings, and I would match that price.  He could get it now and not pay for shipping which would be pretty expensive to Hawaii.

I'm not selling any ammo because I dont have enough to let go. I have enough for me and my family, and I reload, so we all good. But if I did have extra, I wouldn't be selling it to where people have to overspend. And I wouldn't feel the need to defend myself if I thought there was nothing wrong with what I was doing. Never mind what other people say. Do what you like, but know some not gonna agree. And making $100 profit instead of $200 still good bro...

There are plenty of local businesses that suck and charge the "If you want it now then you gotta pay extra" premium. It is a major reason that Amazon is so popular here. A lot of local business people do not understand that loyalty is worth way more than the few extra bucks you managed to scam out of someone. Then again I think it is partly a result of having such a huge turnover of temporary residents and military, many of whom are takers themselves. The starvation mentality definitely limits ones thinking to the short term, though.

Those guys over there at that place are such pirates my buddy dated the owners daughter and all she cared about was money he said so sad there are people like that screwing over other gun owners were suppose to be a giant family.
