There you go again -- reading what I NEVER SAID.

If you need further explanation, what I said was, I'm tired of politicians like Biden getting us into endless wars, using our wealth to cozy up to our enemies, and the corruption that goes along with all that power.

Trump is doing what is in the interest of the NATION, not his son's income.  Given that, I want a fighter, not a "diplomat" who negotiates away any advantage the US had when dealing with those enemies.

So, nothing of substance to say.  Just more ad hominem attacks.

Typical.  Are you sure you aren't EEF?

:wtf:
What does that supposedly mean? Are you really that stupid? Donna Brazille (twice acting chair of the Democratic National Committee... the person who gave the questions ahead to Hillary Clinton) works for Fox. Juan Williams (formerly NPR) works for Fox. Jessica Tarlov (former Democratic strategist with Douglas Schoen, LLC) works for Fox. Sheppard Smith (obvious hard leftie) formerly worked for Fox. Marie Harf (former spokesperson for Obama's State Department) works for Fox. Etc.

Working for Fox means nothing. And if you had a scintilla of functioning gray matter you'd have known that for years Wallace (like his father) has been shilling for the left. Many of his questions and terminology and phrasing during the debate were obviously framed by leftist viewpoints. smh.

Fox in general has a right wing bias.  This isnt a bad thing but you cant ignore it.  Just like CNN etc are left leaning.

"Can't ignore it" is one thing.  Making that the only thing you see on FOX is an entirely different thing.  i.e. "You do know Chris is team fox ( aka right leaning news)."

Did you know Chris Wallace asked Trump in the 2016 debates to disavow White Supremacists?

How many times has Trump disavowed racism -- ALL racism -- only to be continually called a racist WITHOUT EVIDENCE?

Chris is team FOX -- aka right leaning?  Right!

So, I saw Chris Wallace on FOX today saying that the first few minutes of the debate was okay, but then TRUMP started interrupting Biden -- and that was what started the debate to go off the rails.

That "recollection" was different than mine as well as that of many commentators I've seen.

So I went back and watched, and about 3:11 into the debate, they are discussing the Supreme Court nomination.

Looking at the transcript, Wallace started the first 2-minutes-each segment.  He spent almost a minute, then gave the question to Trump.

Trump began speaking at 4:01.  Then, for some reason, the transcript has Trump again at 4:53.

At 5:22, Wallace thanks Trump, then Biden begins his 2 minutes at 5:29.

The only thing Trump said as Biden started speaking was "Thank you, Joe" at 5:34 -- a grand total of 2 seconds.

Biden began his reply at 5:36.  The transcript has him continuing at 6:12 with no interruptions from Trump.  He continues still at 7:08.

At 7:34, Joe paused and appeared to have concluded his comments with, "If he wins the election and the Senate is Republican, then he goes forward. If not, we should wait until February."

That's when Trump paused to see that Joe was done, then corrected him  "There aren’t a hundred million people with pre-existing conditions.."

Trump's rebuttal of the misinformation from Biden lasted less than 30 seconds.  Biden then interrupted Trump at 8:01, which started the first segment of trying to talk over the other person.

So, let's recap:

0:00 - 4:01 (4:01):  Wallace asks the first question

4:01 - 5:22 (1:21):  Trump begins his first 2 minute response

5:22 - 5:29 (0:07):  Wallace thanks Trump and cues Biden

5:29 - 5:34 (0:05):  Biden (thanks Trump for debating)

5:34 - 5:36 (0:02):  Trump (thanks Joe for debating)

5:36 - 7:34 (1:58):  Biden gives his answer to Wallace's question uninterrupted.

7:34 - 8:01 (0:27):  Trump responds to Biden's remarks, since Biden's 2 minutes were up.

8:01 - 8:02 (0;01):  Biden interrupts Trump with "He’s elected to the next election."

8:02 - 8:24 (0:22):  Trump continues correcting Joe's false "facts"

8:24 - 8:25 (0:01):  Biden again interrupts with "That’s simply not true."

8:25 - 8:29 (0:04):  Trump continues with his Biden corrections "Well, you’re certainly going to socialist. You’re going to socialist medicine-"

8:29 - 8:31 (0:02):  Wallace announces it's now open discussion

8:31 - 8:32 (0:01):  Biden mutters "Open discussion."

8:32 - 8:33 (0:01):  Wallace reiterates "Open discussion, yes, I agree. Go ahead, Vice President."

Let's do the math.

The first answer started 4:01 into the debate.  Trump only used 1:21 of his 2 minutes.

Biden started his response at 5:29 and ended at 7:34.  He used 2:05 including his opening "thank you"s.

So far, no problem.  Then Trump responds after Joe's 2 minutes were up (plus a few more seconds).  Joe interrupted at 8:01 after Trump spoke that time for 27 seconds.  Trump got another 22 seconds before Biden interrupted, and then another 4 seconds.  That's 53 seconds of both men talking -- Biden saying nothing substantive -- before Wallace announced it was open discussion.  Really?

Joe wasn't letting Trump finish his thought.  He was just interrupting with BS utterances and adding nothing to the discussion.  I'd say his comments amounted to gibberish and denials.  Not exactly debate material.

If Wallace really believes Trump was the first to start interrupting, I'd really like for him to show where in the transcript that was.  From my reading and watching, Wallace screwed up by announcing the open discussion at about 8:30 into the debate -- a minute later than it was supposed to start considering Trump didn't use all of his allotted time.  Wallace also said "Go ahead, Vice President".  What?  If it's open discussion, Wallace doesn't get to decide who's turn it is to speak!

As far as I could tell, Trump was adhering to the time limits better than Wallace was.  He even gave up half a minute at the start, He didn't need to wait to be told it was open discussion.  He knew the format.  Biden apparently didn't get the memo -- or listen to Wallace at the beginning -- or was thinking about ice cream.

Wallace was there to prop up Biden and slow Trump's roll.  He did his job.  Trump was correct when he said he won.  He was debating two people, and Biden was just slinging talking points, debunked MSM lies about things Trump said, and almost nothing about his policies and results in office.  He wanted to focus on Covid-19 and ACA.  The rest was mud slinging.

Are you an ignoramus or a liar?

Your comment was:

You do know Chris is team fox ( aka right leaning news).

Your argument was that Wallace, an employee of Fox, is "right leaning" because you claim his employer's overall on air personalities are "right leaning".

That, of course is a fallacious argument, because, obviously, even if a large segment of a particular group has a particular characteristic, it does not follow that ALL members of that group share that characteristic. And in this particular case that is blatantly obvious.

You were making this claim to counter arguments that Wallace showed clear and obvious (anti-Trump) bias in his comments and questions and interruptions both to Trump and Biden.

In response to being called out on the stupidity and illogic and factual falseness of your argument you now shift to commenting that the network "has a right wing bias".

Are you so stupid that you can't see you've attempted to completely ignore your original claim?

That's a rhetorical question.

Funny how all this doesn't I carry over to the left side.  If you see CNN its automatically 100% liberal fake news.   Maybe some employees there have some right leaning views.  I was pointing it out because clearly anyone who isnt 100% trump must be a mega libtard and is a leftist.  I think while some questions were loading, but mostly it was him trying to make trump stop interrupting and arguing.  I do not think Wallace is liberal.  Not everyone has to be a trump cult member to be conservative.  If anything he was trying to be neutral.

CNN very, VERY rarely has Conservatives on their network, and they have, to my knowledge, no regular Conservative hosts.  If I'm wrong, then I'd appreciate you providing the name/s of the Conservatives who regularly contribute to CNN/s broadcasts.

The only times I can recall a Conservative guest was someone they wanted to make fun of.

This is not just my opinion.

https://www.quora.com/Who-is-the-most-conservative-anchor-on-CNN-or-MSNBC?share=1

Amanda Carpenter is being held up as a Conservative because she worked with Conservatives.  I worked at a garage in my teens cleaning, sweeping and putting tools away.  Didn't make me a mechanic!

I checked Amanda's Twitter account.  Anti-Trump doesn't even come close to describing her leanings.

BTW, being a Conservative (a real Conservative) doesn't mean you are automatically 100% for Trump.  There's a whole DC GOP establishment that's never accepted him as President.

You might want to stop trying to label networks, groups and individuals just to make your thought processes easier on your brain.

Sure, it's less work to categorize everyone and everything.  That eliminates the work of actually learning about what someone REALLY thinks, feels and does.

Read that Wallace interrupted Trump 76 times, Biden only 15.  This, 5 times the interruptions?

Not to mention all the times he let Biden off the hook without insisting on an answer.

I think cancelling or rescheduling the next 2 debates helps Biden.  Although, it may also hurt, since Trump is right now gobbling up every news cycle with his infection.

If I were Trump, I'd be tweeting every hour, starting with what I had for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks!  Then I'd post pics from the hospital room of me reading, on the computer, on the phone, on Skype with the family .....

I'd flood Twitter with so many posts, Joe would be considering getting infected, too, just to get his name mentioned on the news!
