i know HRA/LIFE uses the tarps to catch brass and make cleanup easier

that was my guess.  So HDF needs tarps - I got one for donation ready!

phil no need we can just pick up like we do because we do to much movement drills a tarp would be dangerous. Someone could trip and fall
