I'm starting to think late term abortion is not a bad idea.

Maybe push it out to include 20-somethings ...
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Herd immunity,  it happens below 90% but if you get to 90% you are pretty safe.  As usual,  biggest issue with the statement was auto correct.

so once again, you said something totally incorrect, but it was not your fault...

No.  My wife and I were both 21 when we got married.
today 44 years later we are still wondering "what were we thinking"?
In hindsight it was a good decision, but at the time it was a gamble.

Right on!
To bad you had to move from the frying pan into the fire.
We need people like you on the big island, for the
upcoming "distractions".

Our original plans were to retire to our home on the BI. Both of us would have loved to see that happen. Not because it was our plans, or that the BI is so beautiful and peaceful. Or even that the people who live there are some of the best people I have ever met. It was because it would have meant we are both in good health. I would give anything to have my wife in good health. That would mean we would be living there right now. And we would be in better financial shape right now as well. But that is another story for another time. We have to play the hand we are dealt in life. We can only have so much control over our lives.

If we were living there right now I would be busy setting up some aquaponics in a greenhouse. Possibly start with a few chickens and expand. Reloading and hardening would have been my first priority. Solar panels along with a small wind generator and batteries were also part of my plans with a backup generator eventually. We had a long time to plan and our plans were quite detailed.

I had set aside some $ to have good fill delivered in order to create berms so I can shoot on my own property. I would have invited a select few. I was also considering buying some property down in South Point in order to create a larger range. I had a couple of investors set up for when I moved. Preparation and planning are key.
