To draw a comparison with the already mandatory annual flu vaccines is ridiculous on its face, since the new vaccines are dissimilar in so many ways.

They have the non mRNA version for the scaredy-cats.   Since the topic was military obviously it would be about the 18+.   Also just cause they haven't finished testing and final approval doesn't mean its not safe.

One can join the military at 17 with parent/guardian permission.

I guess you somehow believe there's a magic wall separating ages 16 and 17 or 18 so the vaccines only cause side effects in the younger ones? 

How does the vaccine know how old you are?  Has there been a study showing that vaccines only present risks to those less than 16? 

Is 16-18 really far enough apart for EVERYONE in that group to know it's safe?

Just like driver's licenses, gun laws and the voting age, these demographic cut-offs are not universally sound.  They are arbitrary ages based on someone's best guess.

In my opinion, the pharma companies are making a risk assessment and saying the consequences of getting infected are outweighed by the risks associated with the vaccine.  They are NOT saying the vaccine's risks only occur in <16 year olds.

The military only mandates FDA approved vaccines.  I believe that's a law.

One vaccine out of how many?

The military has a history of needing to buy from multiple sources to meet their demand on top of what's needed in the public sector. 

So, one recently approved version of a vaccine isn't going to be enough if the shot is mandatory and includes boosters.

Military includes all active duty, inactive reserve and national guard members.

Court is going to be fun with all the games the government played to get us to this point. CDC shot itself in the foot changing the definitions of words.

If a vaccine is "a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases", then lots and lots of vitamins & natural supplements are now "vaccines" according to that definition.

Talking to my neighbors who are both ER nurses, word they are hearing is Delta has peaked and will begin to wane.

People who are looking at the Delta data now are saying it probably wasnt more infectious than the 1st wave and number of deaths wasnt much different.

i talked to a queen's ER nurse on tuesday and she said labor day weekend was "not busy" and that she got off 4 hours early from a 12 hour shift on monday...
