Dr Drew was saying 25 mgs of Zinc a day. Most Zinc in store are 50 mgs. 50s can kill your sense of  taste/ smell and give you buttsquirts taken every day. Crack em in half.

Dr Drew also recommended Stacking your Zinc with Coricidin. It helps push the Zinc to where it needs to go in lungs / mucosa.

Thanks for sharing this.  It really saddens me to see something like this, and yet it doesn't surprise me at all.  It's all "rules for thee but not for me".  Newsome, Obama, Pelosi, among others, and now Blangiardi who of all people I thought would know better.
