What if I forget my armband.
RFID capsule thingy like on Casino Royale?
In order for my ex to make it through airport metal detectors with a titanium knee, she carried a metallic prosthesis card. I can see healthcare providers issuing similar cards for vaccinations ... something akin to a wallet size shot record summary.
In the military, we had to carry our official shot record for deployments, and you really didn't want to forget it at home. If you didn't have it, you got ALL THE VACCINATIONS required for the region you're headed to again! And some of those require boosters, so you get those a month or so after you arrive.
Anyone heard what the immunity response timeframe is? After the vaccine is administered, how long before you are actually immune? If it's immediate (immunity is building as soon as injected), I can see vaccinations being offered at airports, schools, etc. for anyone without proof of vaccination. This might include a test and screening to see if you'r already infectious.
This brings to mind another question: is it safe to get the vaccine a month or two after already getting one?
And another one: how long does the protection provided by the vaccine last? Months, like a flu shot? If so, then the vaccine will be a recurring requirement every 6-12 months.
