The bill was signed into law by Ige on June 3rd and HPD changed their firearms webpage to reflect the changes...out of state firearms, person to person acquisitions, "ghost guns".  Firearms purchased from a FFL still does not require inspection per the lawsuit.

We will definitely win the lawsuit in the 9th Circuit Court appeals.  I'm not sure if it will completely revoke the inspection requirement.  Though it could  be moot if we just go after registration itself.  I don't think the US has a history of firearms registration.

Or, like they do, ignore the law and go with the court order that invalidates the law. Even as they changed it.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy.

It's possible.  Problem is these cases take up a lot of time.  We're trying to get more attorneys on board so we can file more lawsuits.
