Reading all of these long line stories makes me dread the permit pickup and registration day. Good thing I'm buying from a private owner and he has agreed to meet me at hpd when I pick up my permit so I can pick up the permit and register at the same time.

Got there at 230 couldn't find parking. Left at 3. Could see line inside the doors as I was leaving
