Went in today at 2:45pm, two people ahead of me registering, and two people behind me also registering. Out at 3:15.

In at 9:30 to pick-up permit and out by about 9:40 back at 10:20 to register and out about 10:35... Good day... :thumbsup:

Went Friday, about 11 a.m. Ninth in line. Pau  by 1150. Might have been sooner, but a couple folks with multiple firearms to register were ahead of me. While we were waiting, some of us swapped horror stories about the lines in December-January. One of the officers behind the counter was cool: smiled and said "aloha" when I handed back the registration carbons.

Gotta give the guys behind the window props.  They are always polite and doing a good job in my opinion.  It is the process that sucks.  :shaka:

How many weeks can you go in to renew before the expiration date?

Is there the standard 2 week to pick up the new permit?
