Everyone needs to do their part this coming legislative session.  I can highly assume the state will try to find ways around this.  Like more bans, but specific ones.  "private property open to the public" is too narrow, so they will try

Retail
Markets
Professional offices
etc

Just my opinion.  Then F-U, sue us is what they're going to expect.

I was hoping for the remote chance the 9th would've re-evaluated the bans on park/beach carry and alcohol based on the SCOTUS opinion.  Wolford narrowed the scope of the time period, allegories, and relevance of historical laws needed to uphold weapons bans a bit more.  9th should've kept the injunction on those places in place, but the 9th is going to do what they do best.

The bans will be in place for a while.  I'm hoping Clarence Thomas writes the AWB opinion and goes nuclear in a final blaze of glory.  The AWB has always been his passion project and he's been itching to get to it all these years.  I expect Thomas to retire if Republicans hold the Senate in the mid-terms and replaced by Vandyke.  So Chief Justice Roberts might give Thomas the leeway to write a more powerful 2A opinion.

I hope that opinion locks down the 2A historical time period to the 1800's which would obliterate the defense of gun control laws.  That would get rid of a lot of the sensitive places bans
