Not saying it is impossible but given the large scale of such a conspiracy it would be exceedingly difficult to keep it secret.

Don't get me wrong I am sure there were talks ahead of time about the possibility or removing Biden or at least contingency plans in place but that would still be a relatively small window to print, mail, and count tens of millions of ballots across the states and territories.
