Police release man in Waikiki fatal stabbing
When you read the story you realize the man who did the stabbing truly was the victim, but typical of StarAdvertiser, the title slants it to make him sound like the criminal.

Someday someone may kill you with your own gun, but they should have to beat you to death with it because it is empty.

"Gunman attacks Mililani Store Owner" on the Hawaii News Now site.  More slides there, but no background on what the hell & who the hell.  BTW why you guys figure he only has one glove on?:

What does the victim's gun ownership have to do with anything?  I'd like to know what happened, but none of those pictures look like the guy getting his ass stomped had a gun on him, do they?

EDIT: Disregard.  The guy was a jewelry store owner who SHOULD have had a gun!

^^^^OK my bad, I have guns on the brain.  The title was/should have been "Gunman attacks Mililani store owner," as opposed to the "gun" I had first posted.

I did take a minute to point out on the article's comments section that per HRS: firearms shall be confined to the possessor's home or place of business.  This dude needs to get some training and a gun.

He was offered a free LIFE class but declined....maybe he was too upset at the time, which was about a week after the event. I'll try again when I get the chance......

Yeah, there's no reason us regular citizens would ever need to carry a firearm to protect ourselves......

Note that the firearms was defaced, ans I will wager he was a prohibitted person.
