i often find eBay sellers are less restrictive with their shipping options.
From my reading, Bear Spray is okay to ship to all 50 states via ground carrier.
The listing I posted above shows free ground shipping to Hawaii, $8.50 to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.
People sue for all kinds of dumb reasons. To use something intentinal for self defense thats not designed for humans, esp since HI has no bears, opens one up.Got it. Shit happens and it might not be the badguy suing, but their family if hes seriously injured as a result to being incopacitated by bear spray.

Why not bear spray? Longer reach, more potent, and creates a fog versus having to get a direct hit on the attacker.Exactly !! Mahalo FJ! "Regular" pepper engages close to the distance the bad guy is able to stab you multiple tines.
