A friend of mine just purchased two of those bear sprays with priority shipping for $60.00.
i often find eBay sellers are less restrictive with their shipping options.
From my reading, Bear Spray is okay to ship to all 50 states via ground carrier.
The listing I posted above shows free ground shipping to Hawaii, $8.50 to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.

Better off using lethal force to stop the threat since that is what 125 grain 357 hollow points are made for. Too bad that I don't have any . . .
Shit happens and it might not be the badguy suing, but their family if hes seriously injured as a result to being incopacitated by bear spray.

Years ago (around ten), two thieves tried to rob my friend's jewelry store in Lost Wages. He wrestled the gun away from one of them and shot him in the back and killed him as he ran away outside of his store . . . NO charges filed against him as the criminal was killed in the commission of a crime.
What would happen now? NM if it was in Hawaii.
